Facial Hyperhidrosis
One of the least common types of excessive sweating is facial hyperhidrosis. Facial hyperhidrosis not only affects the face but sometimes the neck and scalp as well. Because of this, many who suffer from facial hyperhidrosis have oily or even dirty looking hair.
Excessive facial sweating can cause many social interaction problems compared to other type of hyperhidrosis because the sweating is much more noticeable.
Your face is often what people see first about you… thus people with facial hyperhidrosis tend to shy away from much social interaction. Another symptom of facial hyperhidrosis is blushing… another embarrassing problem.
Because facial hyperhidrosis causes excessive sweating on your face, many develop greasy skin which can also lead to acne problems.
If you or someone you know is showing facial hyperhidrosis symptoms you should consult with your doctor for solutions. There is no need to suffer silently with this disorder. There are also many beneficial natural remedies for facial hyperhidrosis.
