Axillary Hyperhidrosis

Axillary Hyperhidrosis is also known as underarm sweating or excessive armpit sweating. Axillary hyperhidrosis is also an embarrassing disorder because many times those who suffer from excessive armpit sweating have to deal with constant odor problems and cloth-staining problems as well.
For example, for a man who suffers from axillary hyperhidrosis, he can’t take off his jacket because his shirt will most likely be stained in the underarm area due to excessive armpit sweating. Embarrassing moments tend to be frequent occurances for both men and women who suffer from axillary hyperhidrosis.
The symptoms of axillary hyperhidrosis usually start around adolescence…already a difficult time for those in their teens. The best thing to do, no matter what age, is to consult with a doctor if you believe you have axillary hyperhidrosis.
There are several treatments for axillary hyperhidrosis available. By consulting with your doctor you will be able to identify which hyperhidrosis treatment is best for you. These treatments can include oral medication, antiperspirants and even botox.
common misspellings: hyperhydrosis, hiperhidrosis
I have a friend with this issue. The guy literally never takes off his jacket. I always thought it was really odd until i found out why….
yeah i think i have that, im 14 and i sweat so much. Even if im not hot or im just relaxing, i still sweat heaps!
it’s really embarrasing because at school everyone points out my sweat marks. So i always wear my school jacket now.
ahha.
I have this and so does my friend. I used to by all of these bright colour clothes like pink and blue and green but now i buy yellow brown dark colours and black because they show the stains. i have tried secret clinnical strength and it doesn’t work. ahh. its is so terrible but i am going to go to my doctor. thanks for this bye!
I suffer from this and find it highly embarrassing to lift my arms in public, I was even embarrassed to be around my partner of almost two years. I can be in freezing cold conditions with goosebumps, yet I still sweat. Oddly enough though, I don’t shiver whatsoever. After trying many different products available on the market for the condition I went to my doctor and he suggested I try a product called Driclor. It works brilliantly. Apply it to your underarms before bed each night, wash it off in the morning and not a bead of sweat to be seen. It can be a little irritating once applied, but I find I just fall asleep anyway and don’t notice it. Good luck to all of you!
